Andrew Fuchs is a Northern California native currently based in New York, where he directs commercial film and studies visual culture at New York University. His unique style has drawn clients like Hugo Boss, Boosted Boards, and Skip. In 2018, he collaborated with visual artist Shantell Martin to create “Come What May,” a four-part documentary series about her life and work. His debut narrative short “Hey Stranger,” which premiered at the OSCAR qualifying Rhode Island International Film, won the 2019 RIIFF Directorial Discovery Award. As a queer director, the film embodies his commitment to uplifting and empowering the LGBTQ+ community through genuine storytelling.
